2026-2027 Registration deadlines, Fee Processing procedures and Refund Policy

The following Registration deadlines and Fee Processing procedures will be in place for the CCC 2026-27 Season.

1. On or prior to July 15, 2026, your team must indicate an intention to return to play for the 2026-27 Season by having one team member complete a team registration form and paying their complete fee (1/4 of total team fee)
2. By September 15, 2026, the remaining team fees (three fees) are required to be paid in full.
3. At this point, a “Start-up Fee” of $100 of each person’s fee in each applicable league will become non-refundable regardless of how many games are played in each league. This fee is intended to cover CCC operational costs associated with readying the arena and preparing the ice for the upcoming season.
4. The anticipated start date for the 2026-27 Season will be in late September / early October, although that date may change. Until your full fee is received you will not be permitted to play.
5. Once your registration is processed no refunds will be issued subject to the provisions of the Refund Policy.

 All scenarios below are based on the “Start-up Fee” already being removed from any fees eligible for refund.

Leagues with 20 games:

1. If the 2026-27 Season never begins or transpires curlers will be provided the option of a 100% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
2. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 1 – 5 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 75% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
3. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 6 – 10 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 50% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
4. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 11 – 14 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 25% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
5. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short at, or after 15 games, there will be no refund provided.
6. Interruptions: if the CCC is required to close temporarily, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that make-up games can be re-scheduled during the 2026-27 Season timeframe.
7. Administration fee: each refund transaction will be subject to a $25 per person administration fee to cover credit card fees and other administrative costs.

Leagues with 16 or 18 games:

1. If the 2026-27 Season never begins or transpires curlers will be provided the option of a 100% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
2. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 1 – 4 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 75% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
3. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 5 – 8 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 50% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
4. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 9 – 11 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 25% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
5. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short at or after 12 games, there will be no refund provided.
6. Interruptions: if the CCC is required to close temporarily, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that make-up games can be re-scheduled during the 2026-27 Season timeframe.

Leagues with 11 games or less:

1. If the 2026-27 Season never begins or transpires curlers will be provided the option of a 100% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
2. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 1 – 2 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 75% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
3. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 3 –5 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 50% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
4. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short and the league has played 6 – 7 games, curlers will be provided the option of a 25% refund of all league fees or a credit toward next curling season.
5. If the 2026-27 Season is cut short at or after 8 games then there will be no refund provided.
6. Interruptions: if the CCC is required to close temporarily, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that make-up games can be re-scheduled during the 2026-27 Season timeframe.

Fall and Winter Leagues (Stick, Senior Open, Fun)

1. You may sign up for both Fall and Winter Sessions of half-year leagues and receive the 2^nd league discount of 20% (on the lesser value league) for playing in more than one league. This applies to any half year league including Stick, Senior Open and Fun.
2. For the Fall Session (Oct-Dec) there will be no refunds after September 15, 2026.
3. For the Winter Session (Jan-Mar), a refund of 50% will be granted until November 15, 2026.
4. For the Winter Session (Jan-Mar) after November 15, 2026 there will be no refunds. This is due to the administrative hassle of trying to fill leagues during the Holiday Break that begin the first week of January.
